Purchase Terms

This website is owned and operated by Vintage and Classic Reproductions. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this site. In particular, making any purchase on this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Information

1.1 Accuracy

We endeavour to ensure that product descriptions and specifications on the site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the site is accurate or free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make any necessary corrections.

1.2 Availability

Products are generally available. If products are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail and place that product or products on backorder and dispatch the items when available .

1.3 Images

We display images of each item on the site. These images are for illustrative purposes only, the item may be sold unpolished but the item shown is polished. Please be aware this is what the item will look like when it is polished by a professional polisher.

1.4 Pricing

You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, product/s may be listed at an incorrect price, or other information, due to typographical errors or oversight. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

2. Orders

2.1 Placing an order

By placing an order you are making an offer to buy subject to this agreement.
Your order is accepted by us when we process your payment. You will receive e-mails confirming that each product in your order has been paid for and dispatched. If you supply incorrect payment or delivery details, we will take reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details you have provided.

If a product is returned to us because you have supplied us with an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery  or if you have failed to collect the product in a timely manner then we may require payment of applicable freight costs before attempting re-delivery

2.2 Cancelling an order

To cancel an order you must e-mail us. Please note that while we monitor emails, we cannot always attend immediately to emails. We cannot cancel orders once the product has been dispatched.

Some of our parts are made “on-demand”, these items are only produced when a customer places an order for that particular part. The customer is advised of this by e-mail at that stage and a 50% deposit is taken to commence production of this part, these items are non-refundable.

2.3 Loss or damage in transit must be covered by your insurance

To make a claim for loss or damage in transit you must email us at as soon as you become aware that your order may have been damaged or lost in transit. You will be asked to provide evidence of the damage (eg photos). We will ask Australia Post to investigate any lost items and their records are prima facie evidence of delivery status.

3. Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments either by debit or credit card worldwide. Only within Australia will we will accept bank transfer payments.

The prices stated on the site are in Australian dollars. Delivery charges are separately calculated and can be advised once your order is placed, these charges will also be displayed on your invoice. If you require this information before dispatch, please ask.

We will not consider any order accepted, nor will we dispatch any order, without receiving payment in full.

You must pay all quarantine expenses, import duties, levies or import, sales, transaction, use, excise, gross receipts, value added, property or other taxes, fines or duties of any kind applicable to the item. These charges may be separately levied on you by the applicable authority.

You undertake and warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the parts from us will be correct, that the credit or debit card, which you use is your own. If your payment is dishonoured or reversed for any reason, you must immediately make the payment again. We reserve the right to delay processing your order or delivering the order until we receive full payment

4. Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

You can contact us to return any Product within 30 days of purchase and advised us of the reasons why. We will gladly exchange this product if there is a fault.
